2. Quotations, Orders & Payments
A project begins when you accept a written quotation and pay the advance stated in it. Payment milestones, delivery timelines (typically 7-15 days for residential installation, subject to site readiness and weather) and the exact bill of quantities are stated in your quotation/agreement. Equipment remains Zynergy’s property until paid in full.
3. Net Metering & Regulatory Approvals
Where your package includes net-metering processing, we prepare and submit your application to the relevant DISCO and AEDB. Approval decisions, timelines, meter availability and the applicable export/credit terms are controlled by those authorities under NEPRA’s prevailing regulations we manage the process diligently but cannot guarantee regulator timelines or rates, which may change under the 2026 Prosumer (net-billing) framework and its successors.
4. Warranties
Equipment is covered by the respective manufacturers’ warranties (panels, inverters, batteries) and our workmanship guarantee, as detailed on the Warranty & After-Sales page and in your quotation. Warranties are conditional on genuine, serial-registered equipment and unmodified installation; damage from third-party work, misuse, or force majeure events (storms beyond design ratings, fire, flood) is excluded as per manufacturer terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm you’re authorised to install solar at the property; you’ll provide safe roof access, accurate consumption information, and documents needed for net metering (CNIC, bills, ownership proof); and you’ll maintain the system per our guidance (e.g. panel cleaning) to keep warranties valid.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content text, guides, calculators, images and branding belongs to Zynergy Solutions and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with attribution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Zynergy’s liability arising from the website or any project is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
